Natural gas is an excellent fuel...it has less tendency to round the top edge of the cut and produced less slag or dross. Also, the dross that was produced...did not adhere as tightly to the plate and was more easily removed. No difference was found in cutting speed between acetylene and natural gas.

G-TEC Torch Boosters connect to a standard utility gas pipe in your building and boost pressure as high as 45 psi. Just turn the Torch Booster ON at the start of the first shift and OFF at the end of the day - you get an endless supply of high pressure natural gas for you cutting torches. When no torches are lit the Torch Booster automatically puts itself into recirculation mode - there are no operator controls other and ON and OFF. Torch Boosters deliver gas in exactly the same way as a cylinder or bulk tank except that you save money and never run out of gas!
TB-30 Torch Booster - For shops with one oxy-fuel torch TB-30 boosts utility gas pressure to 25 psi with a flow rate of 40 cf/hr. TB-30 measures only 12" wide by 12" tall by 16" deep - it is quiet and easy to install almost anywhere.
TB-60 Torch Booster - For shops with 2 oxy-fuel torches. TB-60 Torch Booster supply high pressure natural gas at 60 cf/hr at up to 25 psi.
