Replace propane with a G-TEC Natural Gas Torch Booster for flame plasma surface treatment

Dangerous propane storage cylinder.

Get rid of propane tanks and use a G-TEC Torch Booster to supply high pressure natural gas to flame treat plastic surfaces for printing, painting or adhesion.

Natural gas is about 75% cheaper than propane for equal heat

Improve workplace safety by getting propane cylinders out of your building

Best of all you never run out of gas and don't change empty cylinders.

Natural gas is up to 90-% cheaper than any other fuel gas.

Natural gas prices are falling and will continue to go down as new technologies increase our national supply. You can rely in cheap, abundant natural gas being readily available!

Natural gas is cheaper than any other fuel gas.

Fire officials want you to remove propane cylinders - Across the US and Canada fire safety officials are asking businesses to remove propane tanks from buildings because stored gas is a danger if there is a fire or other emergency.

One 20 lb propane tank has the energy equivalent of more than 431,000 wooden matches - certain to

make matters worse in a fire. G-TEC Torch Boosters raise city gas pressure and supply gas to your

flame treatment torch as gas is used - Torch Boosters do not store any gas and there is never more

than one cubic foot of gas in the system at any time.

Never change cylinders again and never run out of gas! G-TEC Torch Boosters connect to your low

pressure utility natural gas pipe and raise gas pressure as high as 45 psi. Torch Boosters supply high pressure natural gas as it is used and automatically adjust to the gas flow requirement of the burner. There are no storage cylinders and the Booster is ready to work as soon as it is turned on. Never waste productive time changing gas cylinders, never run out of gas in the middle of a job!

G-TEC Torch Boosters for Flame Plasma Surface Treatment

Picking the right Torch Booster is a matter of knowing how much gas you need when all of your systems

are running. Single flame equipment will most likely use a TB-15 or TB-30 Torch Booster, our smaller units.

Larger printers with multiple flame treatment systems can fuel them all at one time from a single TB-60

or TB-125 Torch Booster.

Torch Boosters are quiet, compact and can be installed right in the area where high pressure natural gas will be used. No ventilation or other expensive site preparation is required.

Torch Boosters are designed to run all day without operator attention - turn the system on in the morning and off at the end of the day and it will automatically adjust to the gas flow your burner uses.

Torch Boosters are designed and manufactured to international standards and are welcomed in all buildings in North America. Torch Boosters are CE Compliant for installation in European Union countries. Systems are compatible with both 60 Hz and 50 Hz electric grids.
